The 3 star rated Hotel Platja Gran is situated close the Cala Degollador beach, in the historic city of Ciutadella along the rugged west coast of Menorca.

The hotel is approximately 45km west of the capital Mahon and the international Aeropuerto de Menorca airport, and 500 metres from the picturesque Ciutadella harbour where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1980 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2006, the low rise Hotel Platja Gran has a total of 46 twin guest rooms, and a further 8 Junior Suites, all of which are built over 3 floors.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with a direct dial telephone, satellite television and safety deposit box available for rental and most rooms have either a balcony or terrace with exterior views.

In addition to the above features, a number of rooms at the Hotel Platja Gran have also been specially adapted for disabled guests, and all rooms are provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange services, along with a comfortable lounge bar and restaurant where a generous buffet breakfast is served each day.
