The 4 star rated Hotel Royal Son Bou Family Club is situated around 100 metres from the beach, in the popular resort of Son Bou on the central south coast of Menorca.

The hotel is approximately 20km west of the capital Mahon and the International Aeropuerto de Menorca airport, and a few steps from the commercial centre of the resort, where you will find a small selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

The modern low rise Hotel Royal Son Bou Family Club has a total of 252 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom apartments, which are distributed between 7 two storey buildings, and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces, around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either centrally heated or air conditioned according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, along with an open plan kitchenette, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television, ceiling fan, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Other leisure facilities include a multi sports activity area for football and volleyball etc, along with a small cardiovascular gymnasium and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Hotel Royal Son Bou Family Club also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.

The Hotel Royal Son Bou Family Club is especially popular with families travelling with young children. During the summer months, alongside the numerous adult activities, the resident Animation team also provide themed children's clubs with the Baby-club (ages 0 to 3), Mini-club (ages 4 to 6), Kids-club (ages 7 to 9), Junior-club (ages 10 to 12) and Teeny-club (ages 13 to 16). Guests are advised that some activities may carry a supplementary charge payable locally.
