Hotel Valentin Star - Cala'n Bosch

Part of the Valentin Group of hotels, the 4 star Hotel Valentin Star is situated around 200 metres from the beach in the popular resort of Cala'n Bosch on the south west coast of Menorca.

The hotel is approximately 45km west of the capital Mahon and the International Aeropuerto de Menorca airport, and a few steps from the marina and commercial centre of the resort where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1989 and fully refurbished during the winter of 2014, the modern low rise Hotel Valentin Star has a total of 208 guest rooms that are distributed between 12 two-story buildings and set amidst spacious landscaped Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms at the hotel are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a modern en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a satellite television with music channel, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for hire, a ceiling fan, mini bar and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a number of larger Superior double rooms are also available which feature a bathroom with bathrobes and slippers and all rooms are provided with a daily service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen twice a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant and snack bar, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, public internet terminals, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with jacuzzi and water jets, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

The Hotel Valentin Star also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring archery, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
