Part of the Comitas Group of hotels, the 3 key rated Isla del Aire Apartments are situated around 200 metres from the beach, in the quiet resort of Punta Prima on the south east coast of Menorca.

The apartments are approximately 8km from the capital Mahon and the international Aeropuerto de Menorca, and a short walk from the resort centre where you will find a small selection of restaurants, bars and shops.

Built in the year 2000, the modern low rise Isla del Aire complex has a total of 60 one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, kettle, microwave oven, toaster and refrigerator, a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, direct dial telephone, satellite television, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a daily maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required, and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer includes a 24 hour reception area with currency exchange services, and both luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned cafeteria, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as public internet terminals, a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool for adults, with integrated children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with parasols and loungers. Other leisure facilities includes a children's playground and mini club and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Isla del Aire Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
