The apartments are approximately 50km west of the capital Mahon and the International Aeropuerto de Menorca airport, and 7km north west of the historic City of Ciutadella.

Built in 1985 and extensively refurbished during the winter of 2010, the modern low rise An Mar complex is a small development of 16 one and two bedroom self catering apartments which are built around a central pool area.

All guest rooms come equipped with a fully fitted "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with electric cooking rings, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, cutlery and utensils, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, satellite television and either a balcony or terrace.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.
