The 3 star rated Hotel Sa Barrera is situated in an elevated position along the
south coast of Menorca overlooking the beach and bay of Cala'n Porter.
The hotel is approximately 8km west of the capital Mahon and the international Aeropuerto de Menorca and a short walk from the resort centre where you will find a small selection of restaurants, bars and shops. Fully renovated during the winter of 2005 the low rise Hotel Sa Barrera has a total of 26 guest rooms, which are built over 2 floors around a central pool area overlooking the bay. All guest rooms are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with a plasma-screen satellite television, direct dial telephone, high speed WiFi internet access, a safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most have exterior views over the sea. In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week. Guest facilities on offer include a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services, along with luggage and courtesy rooms for late departures, public internet terminals and an air conditioned restaurant and lounge bar. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with sun terraces furnished with loungers and parasols. Please be aware that the Hotel Sa Barrera is an "Adults Only" hotel and that all guests must be aged 18 or over at the time of arrival.
