Sa Mirada Apartments - Arenal d'en Castell

The 2 key Sa Mirada Apartments have an enviable position situated high on a hillside overlooking the magnificent bay of Arenal d'en Castell on the rugged north coast of Menorca. The apartments are approximately 20km north west of the capital Mahon and the international Aeropuerto de Menorca, and 400 metres from the commercial centre of the resort where you will find a small selection of bars, restaurants and shops.

Built in 1988 and extensively renovated during the winter of 2004 to include the addition of a new air-conditioned restaurant, the modern low rise Sa Mirada complex has a total of 60 two bedroom self catering apartments, including one twin bedroom and one with L-shaped bunk beds, which are distributed between three 3 storey buildings, and set amidst 250m2 of Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, along with an open plan kitchenette with two electric rings, oven, kettle, toaster and fridge, with microwaves also available for hire, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa-beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terraces, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above features, all guest rooms on the complex are also provided with a maid service, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange desk, luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, laundry and medical services, and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include a large outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate children's section, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's playground, which is suitable for children up to twelve years old, and both pool and table tennis tables.
