Talayot Apartments - Cala'n Blanes

The 2 key rated Talayot Apartments are situated around 500 metres from the beach in the popular resort of Cala'n Blanes on the rugged west coast of Menorca.

The apartments are approximately 50km west of the capital Mahon and the International Aeropuerto de Menorca airport, and 3km north west of the historic City of Ciutadella.

Designed as a small village, the modern low rise Talayot complex has a total of 130 guest rooms, offering a choice of both one and two bedroom self catering apartments, which are built over 2 floors and set amidst spacious Mediterranean style gardens and sun terraces around a large central pool area.

All guest rooms on the complex come equipped with a modern "en suite" bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven, and a combined lounge/dining room with additional sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area.

In addition to the above features, a maid service is also provided twice weekly, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.

Guest facilities on offer include a reception area with currency exchange desk and luggage rooms for late departures, along with an air conditioned buffet style restaurant, offering a choice of traditional Spanish, international and vegetarian menus, as well as a games room, snack bar, laundry and medical services, a large on-site supermarket and both lounge and pool bars.

Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests includes a choice of 6 large outdoor freshwater swimming pools, one of which has a slide and diving board, and spacious sun terraces and gardens which are furnished with loungers and parasols.

Other leisure facilities include a children's playground and mini club, along with a multi sports activity area for paddle tennis, basketball, volleyball and football etc, and both pool and table tennis tables.

The Talayot Apartments also provides a seasonal programme of daytime sporting activities, organised each day by their resident animation team, featuring petanque, water polo and aerobics, as well as evening entertainment with a children's mini disco which is then followed by either live music, cabaret or other professional shows several times each week.
